EBO Max sits between Enabot’s inexpensive telepresence models and EBO X. Its mapped patrols, two-way video and manufacturer-listed fall alerts make it one of the more care-relevant consumer FamilyBots, but the care claims are not a substitute for independent validation or an agreed human response plan.

Enabot’s UK store lists EBO Max at £549.99, but marked it out of stock on 14 September 2026. A UK listing does not confirm that orders can currently be fulfilled.
Can EBO Max detect falls?
Enabot lists “Fall Detection Alerts”. This is a manufacturer claim; we have not found independent care-setting validation of its fall detection.
Is EBO Max a care robot?
It can support remote video check-ins, conversation, patrols and app alerts, but it cannot provide physical care and does not replace a monitored telecare or emergency-response service.
